Julian's unmatched expertise spans every level of special education leadership. As Director of Dispute Resolution and Monitoring at Florida's Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services, he oversaw the state's due process system and led investigations that determined outcomes for hundreds of families.
His experience at Hillsborough County Schools, one of the nation's largest districts, and as Special Education Supervisor at Pasco County gives him unique insight into how districts make decisions and what truly drives successful advocacy outcomes.
